didsbury + northerden

went to explore the little towns near the uni. bout 15min bus ride to the owens park direction, away from the city centre. nothing much actually, just not so city like. pretty nice actually. there's this nice river too. =) walked from didsbury to northerden along that river. not much pics taken in didsbury.

the battered cod. where we got our lunch! fish n chips. 2nd time i'm eating that in uk. wasn't that bad. but there's so much chips i can't finish it as usual. =s it's in northerden.

us eating lunch by the road. cos it's bout a pound cheaper to take away than eat in the shop.

what we saw along the way hom on the same river. lots more mandrin duck n err goose? haha. didn't get the mandrin duck pics. but they're the ones with green colour on their faces.
